Technical requirements to the document

The documents are readable with a prevalent document reader program. The file should be as small as possible. The following formats are accepted currently:
  • Text documents: pdf or pdf/a for long-term archiving
  • Graphic files: bmp, jpg/jpeg, png, tif/tiff
  • Audio files: m4a, mp3, wav
  • Video files: RealVideo (*.rv, *.rm, *rmvb), Flash Video (*.flv, *.f4v), Windows Media (*.wmv)
  • Quicktime Video (*.mov) und mpeg4 (*.mp4)
To ensure the long-term archiving of the documents, they cannot be copy protected or protected against access. The maximum upload size is 100 MB. Larger data can be mailed to us on CD or DVD.
