Frau Erle und ihr Arzt. Zur gesprächsrhetorischen Analyse eines Arzt-Patient-Gesprächs
- Ausschnitte des Arzt-Patient-Gesprächs „Frau Erle“ werden aus einer linguistisch-gesprächsrhetorischen Perspektive analysiert. Das Interesse liegt auf dem Zusammenhang zwischen der im Gesprächsverlauf erkennbaren Interaktionsdynamik zwischen Arzt und Patientin, der kognitiven Organisation der Problemsachverhalte auf Seiten der Patientin und Besonderheiten ihres Formulierungsverhaltens, insbesondere der Manifestation einer Detaillierungssperre und ihrer Lockerung bzw. Überwindung.
- This article analyses some extracts of the doctor-patient-interaction „Mrs. Erle“ from the point of view of a rhetorically oriented conversation analysis. It focuses on the relation between the interaction dynamics which becomes apparent in the course of the talk, Mrs. Erle’s cognitive Organization of her problems, and specific formulating practices. The central point in this respect is the patient’s manifest resistance against giving further details („Detaillierungssperre“) and the way in which she overcomes this resistance in the course of the interaction.
