Model for intercultural communication: a revised draft

  • We understand "communication" as the action of at least two individuals exchanging information through either verbal or non-verbal signs. This paper will discuss about successful communication acts and analyze what sort of impediments can lead to unsuccessful communication. Hereby the communication act can be regarded as successful if the transmitted information maintains the same or approximately the same contents when received.
